I loved you for a handful of moments

i like the fact that love is perceived through the senses and merely for a few moments.
if i were you i would replace 'conscience' with perhaps 'thoughts' or something more sentimental and romantic.

It was just momentary. I was also going to mention the smell being carved in my memory but couldn't fit it in.

and so, i will have at its expression:

"A fragrance of heaven shot straight through me
Like an Emperor hit with a suprise spear
Thinking he was safe on the battle field"

if it were my work, i would reword the last couplet here, or take it out altogether because you kind of jump from that image into the personification of the narrator's senses. the simile is fine, but a bit too 'telly'. maybe, if you're personifying the senses, personify that sensation?
"my senses hit with an unseen weapon" etc.
though, the poem wouldn't lose anything by just taking out the latter two lines, if you felt like condensing.

"My nose consulted my eyes
*My head fell to the sight?* - "followed the smell for reassurance" is, again, not demonstrating the feeling as much as it could, in my opinion

Faster than light
Totally motionless
With a silent boom  - i think you could take any one of these three lines out and it would be better for such a quick motion they're meant to be describing

"My eyes had *fallen* upon..." - tense. [:

next bit is good!
but this isn't living up to its potential potency:

"Then fixed her with caresses and heart felt kisses"

-Then soothed her with deep caresses
and rebuilt her soul with honest kisses- (for a rough example)
