Rewarded More?

Atheists always preach about
how it should be about good works,
but I disagree-
the good folks have it easier than the mean;
they ain't tormented every damn day
to the point where they feel they have nothing to offer or say.

I'm not even on a Christian mission,
just trying to say something different.

I don't please the freaks,
just the ones who still have some humanity left,
something I've kept for long enough.

So, why they should be rewarded more?
The ones who weren't taught to be mean?
The one who don't go crazy every night
trying to figure out their life?
Why they should be rewarded more?

Author's Note
This is just part of an idea for a song that I'd love to do one day. It's about the atheistic idea that an afterlife reward (especially in Christianity) should fully be about good works, but honestly, I call bs on that because we all have different struggles which influence our decisions. Comparing someone's journey to someone else's is like comparing oranges to apples honestly.

I'd love to hear what you think!
