Beats dropping
people swimming around in the sea of light
there is no other explanation that you can or will make for this sight
there are other ways to keep you away from it
there are other reason to stay
to love the rave is just another thing
its like second nature maybe even first
i love the rave it is my life
Ever where there are colors
People ignore each other,
but then again pay full attention
Our world as we dance
Pounding to the beats
Immersible waves of color blind people while we see the world
Around us we dance non stop to the music
Nothing but fun and life here
once the night is over you wish it wasn't
You wish another night would come
But for now you run from the red white and blue strobes in the distance

To rave, is to slave to the jams
No pictures no videos and no camcorder
Lighting rods of glow sticks
Circle of lights as it whips
That little magic pill that we so crave
It is the ultimate unlimited rave.

Ive been a raver for years but that is one thing I constantly fail to find the right words for in my poetry. It is my bugbear and constantly eludes me so bravo for this!
