We're all taught to follow what we are told
Those who taught us followed what they were told
Those who taught them followed in the line of their teachers
Their teachers followed orders and directive given by the higher powers that be

Now people try to break the cycle but they follow their own stupidity

While other stupid people follow in the line of their now higher power

Yes I am angry
No I don't want to stay in line
Fuck

I won't follow you
I won't follow them
I won't follow

Without the directive I'm just fucking lost
The idea of following society's demands gives me anxiety
The thought of being alone gives me anxiety
The thought of living for another fucking year and turning 30 turns my stomach

I don't know what to do
I don't know where to go
I don't know why my cluttered mind

I refused to be taught
I refused to be right
I refused to give up
I refused to fight

So fuck you all
Fuck your norms
Fuck you for following blindly
And fuck ticking your forms

I'm sorry if this poem is so angry
But fuck your feelings
