An Abusive Situation 2: An Explanation

As I said in a previous post, I do not want to start a GoFundMe page. Apart from the fact that it is just like begging to my mind, and that I would much rather have people get something in return for helping me (the books), I do not have a bank account. I only have PayPal. I am on a fixed income due to a mental disorder known as schizoaffective disorder.


All of the books I am offering were written by none other than myself. There are poetry collections as well as prose here.


I wrote WILL, the most recent collection, when the abuse started nearly a year ago. I mean, looking back I cannot help but realize this situation has always been abusive. But when he started working “graveyard shifts” I knew what truly was happening. WILL is a conceptual poetry collection about suicide. I knew that if I did not write ABOUT suicide that I would COMMIT suicide. And as these issues escalate, I still view suicide as an option. I am trying to sell as many books as possible to get out of this terrible situation. I said in a previous post that he has never hit me before. That is not entirely true. He used to pound his fists on my legs and arms, and even left bruises a few times. I tried to convince myself that these were just love-taps, but now I recognize the truth. He has pushed me in the past. He often calls me stupid, makes fun of my taste in music (calling it idiotic music), etc. I have given him everything that I have on my fixed income: I have paid all of his bills, I have even paid his portion of the rent on multiple occasions on just shy of $800 a month. I do not know what else to do other than try to sell these books and get out of here. If I can make enough money to leave, I will leave immediately. Please, I know I said GoFundMe would make me feel like a beggar, but I am honestly BEGGING now. Please help me by either purchasing a book or two or at least sharing this link.
