Nothing changes
Every evening feels the same
I'm alone in my room
And I just feel sad
There's no reason
And every day I want to change that
And I thought I could
If I just worked harder
If I just went out more
If I just talked more
If I could just have you
I did it
I achieved my goals
I won, right?
So why am I still here?
Alone in my room, writing poems
Sad, close to tears
There's no reason

Thank you for your comment. It's really frustrating when you think you're supposed to be happy, but you're just not. I still have hope that it can change someday for the both of us.
