When your heart broke
All of the butterflies
Turned into razor blades
They tore you to shreds
From the inside out
But they didn't kill you
They just hollowed you out
They stole your light
Crushed your happiness
Turned your dreams to dust
Left you crying on the floor
Begging them to end your pain
