Credit cards need love too
does it ever bother you that I'm insane
like there's something wrong inside my brain
it's just gotta be a drain
one moment I'm frozen tundra
the next, we're burning in fun-duh
how amazing you've lasted a week
first I'm meek
then I'm sleek
all the while I freak
maybe you just like my cheeks
have you ever just loved my cranium
I have more in my head than geraniums
let me show you with my uranium
but first take me shopping to the emporium

Thank you. It is really fun rhyming made up words [or contractions]. This is the 2nd time I've done so, the 1st was a rhyme with (co·jo·nes = kə-ˈhō-ˌnās) and the 2nd is with tundra in this poem. A very fun write. Hugs

I had a lot of fun with this even if it were hard work as well.
I am especially happy with rhyming a made up contraction with 'trudra' -fun-duh. Implying the fun was so obvious that it was "like duh". When I got to cranium, the poem just wrote itself. It's so much fun laughing at your our insanity, just another inmate of the nut house. Hugs

The hard work paid off with this gem. I love the playful nature throughout; it definitely is fun-duh and brings with it a smile. Reading it, I felt like it was coming from my perspective. Never been much for consumer therapy but I really love this.

As Wilma Flintstone and Betty Rumble used to say "Charge it!" when they got the credit cards. I buy cute useless things [matching salt shakers] that don't cost much at garage sales but make me feel better for spending 50 cents. This was a super fun-duh write. Hugs and kisses
