What if your father knew?
What would your father say
If he knew about us?
Would he trust in your judgement
Or kick up a fuss?
Or perhaps, more likely, kick me up and down your garden
Until I gave up and ceased communication with you.
Chances are he would opt for the latter, for a fathers mind
Will be hard pressed to see us in a positive view.
In this event it is possible that I will not fight back
For I wouldn't want to hurt him, as unlikely as that would be.
I know not what I'm capable of when the red mist descends
But by not fighting back I hope you won't think less of me.
I hope it will not come to that,
This story shall not come to pass.
Because even if I did fight back,
Its probable he'd still kick my ass!
