If you wish to live and thrive...
Two spiders were having sex
it was kind of ungainly to watch
the fat momma spider
always had one eye
on her next meal
while her unsuspecting lover
always looked
unsure of himself
perched crazily
on her back
But instinct is all powerful
and things took their
natural course
until at last
the fat momma spider
sat in a corner of the web
licking her lips
Just think
if humans had sex like that
it would solve the world's
overpopulation problem
for good
That's what happens
when you get
too many spiders
nature introduces
its own solutions
So then
how will we
evolve?

Very amusing (if slightly gross!) observational ditty. There's a certain dark humour about these lines which I enjoyed, although the idea of human women killing and feasting on their menfolk once copulation is complete seems horrific to say the least! Kinda makes me glad to be queer... :P

See it as a reclamation of words... If I say queer, the terms power is taken away and thus can longer harm anyone.

Well if anyone is offended then I can only apologise, but the fact I referred to myself as being queer speaks for itself, I think, and shows that I'm not just some homophobe. Anyone, how is this related to your lovely poem! I still read this now and again and it always amuses me, and reminds me that there is at least some intelligent life left in the universe.
