I like how there's a kind of physiognomy--the psyche is compared to both the body and geology, and underneath the excavation of gristle...there's cavity, cavernous with echoes...of tearing!
Fascinating, like something rotted hollow from inside...
Like a sarcophagi, or reliquary, but one that was once organic, now a fossil.
I think the thing that really nailed it for me was the addiction hashtag. Sent me back to re-read.

I, too, have a fascination with "the dimension of hell".  I am of the mind that this dimension is very much a "personalized construct".  I absolutely love to see this expressed, in any artistic mediums.  One of my favorite shows, American Horror Story, the Coven season, delved into this idea, with the 7 Wonders.  That was a real treat for my imagination.

This write is a real treat for my imagination.  

...  A self aware Blu Inferno...  I fucking love it...  I think that is one of the key aspects of "hell".  The self aware part, like a dream that you you realize you are in, but there is no easy escape.  (or no escape at all?)

I often ponder how our existence, itself, might be hell...  I feel very alone in these contemplations, but also, exhilarated, like...  Seeing behind the veil.  I don't care if it is only me who sees.

Maybe there is something empowering about this...  The bliss of misery.  To invade the underworld.  To explore the labyrinth of the impossible, seeking out the possible, because we can...  

So thought provoking...  I love this write very much...

(There are also people I miss around here.  Hell is not as much fun without them;)

The people we miss are honored in a small way by their ability to still motivate and inspire.... is my line of thinking....hopefully they'll feel a sense of warmth across an ethereal plane....

So many poets have written about Hell--
Dante comes to mind, but also Milton wrote about Satan.
I feel like it's much more interesting to write about Hell than Heaven--
God says Heaven is beyond imagining, beyond description, so it's not much fun to describe something that's "indescribably perfect." But Hell, well, there's lots to describe.

... and always so very personally skewed... I like that about the varied versions of hell that are depicted in movies TV and music, too... Heaven is the usual—clouds, white pearly gate, angels excetera... Not much differentiates when it's viewed through the eyes of many.... Hell is always miserable, sure but it's interesting to see how it's individualized, too... THAT'S what peaks my interest and leaves me intrigued....How and where people personalize their depictions of hell or purgatory within their own vast imaginations... What is it they see???
