My 200th #Nopoo.
Investing concerted time in something that is outside of just myself has become life improving. Learning from a spiritual place composed mostly of reading and writing (and some of speaking out into the ether) that friendship of appreciation can quite possibly exist on another plane, is priceless. There are tremendous blessings that writing every day has taught me; those bonds of love, stark reality, self care, natural surroundings and so far such an amazing opportunity and capacity to love.....I've learned—don't foolishly squander, well anything, away because whatever it is that is your 'thing', it's certainly out there.......you just have to find it.

This is very beautiful. I agree. Just in writing what I have written this month I feel the changes that writing has on our existence and on existence, itself, as bold a statement as that might be. Your poetry clearly is of the nature to be healing and soul-expanding. Love this contemplation o what writing has done for you and the journey it has taken you on.
