Wanderings In Time

Seeking a solemn quietude
To escape my idling loneliness
I ventured outwards, on a quest
Wanderinging back into a forgotten past
Firstly stepping into a building of words
But was unable to access my needs
So abandoned the site of interest
And ambled trippingly to an old world
As i had espied a thing of thoughts
On a previous visit through time
Yet seemingly, twas only yesterday
