The passion of wanting burns hot
We usually save each other
Then twists of fate drive us apart
I rarely lose touch though
Years after we still converse
There was a reason then
A reason now too ....

Non-traditional and traditional seems suitable for the times. We do live in strange times. Also, I think this keeps one grounded in both the past and the present, maybe even the future, simultaneously. A mutually fulfilling prospect.
I think in this vein is the idea that a rather significant percentage of people met their significant other online. When in human history was this a thing. That seems to make necessary, the reinvention of love, amongst other things.
