Why Don't They?
Why don't they hear me
I'm screaming out loud
But it's as if I'm silent
In the sea of the crowd.
Why don't they see me
I'm right fucking there
To me it seems as if
No one cares.
Why don't they help me
Can't they see the scars
To them I must be merely
A shadow with a broken heart.
All I want is for them
To see that I'm in trouble
And for someone to help me
Get out of the rubble.

we aren't invisible, we're just good at hiding what's inside. They aren't the same thing. Great write though.
