THE TRAP OF CATEGORIZING
Our day-to-day existence
is continually being
bombarded with efforts
to categorize everything
from A to Z and beyond.
This is especially true
when it comes to we humans.
In our minds, we practice
analyst management:
We categorize by gender,
height, weight, looks, gay, straight,
performance, education, religion,
ethnicity, morality, values,
tastes, talent, etc., etc.
Yes, perhaps in some disciplines
such as science and medicine
category analyst is essential.
But for me, and speaking
only for me, categorizing
is a potential
TRAP,
especially in allowing others
to be
FREE
to explore the magic two
consenting persons may
dare to share, explore, and
find their oneness, wholeness,
and reality in togetherness.
THINK!
Being a hardcore categorizer
may keep me a prisoner
from the wonders and magic
with another person, two
worlds becoming ONE.
Imagine what we may be
missing if we don't escape
the trap of categorizing?
Yes, I see your extended hand,
or do I?
