The watermeadow said,

how I do this",
as the flowers came forth,
and their time there
was spent playing and laughing.

Hello there.
I really liked the innocence in this piece, and how it said so much in so few words. The imagery of spring is playful, and does much to mirror the themes of zen in this poem.
I am such a sucker for these little pieces that say so much. An excellent example of brevity.
