Release Time Lapse Delay

 
Time,
patchworked and plundered pilfered by boney fingers
 that grip celluloid
He mends. thoughts
he can not forget with words
he dare not say
retrieved by a frozen tongue stolen from the pit of his gut

Release

Radioactive balm coats
his mouth  lubricating memories
that drip  onto sun faded desires
of Delilah squatting  on the floor
of his mind.
"an even keel" she repeats
 between a gasp
and a  labored breath

Captured

Sent back to assault him
are the days of windblown
 lust, follow the  incessant
banging of the screen door
unhinging his  rusty dreams
from delusion and denial

Time lapse

He wanders into a trance
 kicking aside dried leaves
 piled high from rotten sycamore earwigs,  millipedes crawling through his thoughts
his life a decaying eco system  
of bundled cells

Delayed

Lying down he curls embryonic
 to suck hind tit
 acid rain drips in colors
 of the rainbow etching
a smile of pain across
 black midnight skies
