My far friend

Friend:

A have a friend that I have never seen;
To me I view her as a beautiful queen. 
She seems to keep my ass in check;
So I don't become a nervous wreck. 

A have a friend that I might not ever meet;
I know she is kind and awful sweet. 
She seems to pick my mind apart;
She has always done this from the start. 

I know that her life in the past may have been shit;
If she ever needed me; I'd be there in a New York minute. 
I may never completely know what she is all about;
But I know she is a drug I can't live without. 

I have a friend that is so dear;
I hope she knows that my feelings are sincere. 
I know she has been broken and torn;
This is the life in which we are born. 

I wish I can one day give her a handshake and maybe a hug;
I know it would hit home; just as snug. 
I will help her as much as she helps I;
For I pray I will never hear a goodbye. 
I wish you knew what this friend is like;
You would agree that she is worth the fight. 

I hope that she may look at the moon lit night;
My heart goes out to her from "her" moons light. 
I shall be the best friend that I know I can;
Even though she might have an itchy butt from sand ( inside joke )
