I found it interesting in the first part there, this dichotomy of how worship of the self in societal terms can be seen as ego, but to the person doing the worshipping, it is a necessary act of self preservation in a world that tells us our very beings are the wrong shape, the wrong size, wrongly dressed. I found that rather interesting to contemplate.

The ending that kinda dissipates into that closing statement of “that’ll do” almost made me laugh, and I take that as a positive thing. Because underneath the weight of Gods, and the self, and all of those ideals prevalent in the first half of the poem, it is the blasé that gets a person through... and maybe I can relate to that on a very English level. It’s almost as if we troll ourselves by giving us love and attention only to continue shuffling through life at a vain attempt of what is right for us as a species.... because, living.

I liked this piece. It was punchy and concise, and didn’t try to be anything that it wasn’t — a prayer to the absurdity and wonder of all things.

I really like this, especially the lyrics in the algorithm detail. I stuttered on a couple of bits... and I've noticed your poems seem to be getting posted in the same fashion. you know if you squint your eyes so they go a bit blurry and look at your poems, they all carry the same process/shape.  
they start meaty and heavy like some base and slowly dissipate (visually) as they progress. try doing the same thing backwards :)
