Like a tree,
I observe the world around me.
Give me hate, and i return my gaze.
Ever watchful, most people I amaze.
I have stood still and struck
the sound of feet, leaving only the omnipresent silence.

So simple yet so elegant. Great stuff. Quite dark, but also quite peaceful.
