There are no fence sitters where Donald Trump is concerned
And his effect on America and its populace has been biblical
Picture Jesus with Lazarus

However, just as in John 11:39, after so much time in the tomb; "Lazarus" surely stinketh

America,
now alive like no time other than its genesis,
or a major war,
Has spoken
Joe Biden is now President
Awaken!!
Arise!!
Lazarus!! Come forth!!

"The Donald" is gone
Joe Biden has arrived

Once Again
A history maker
First elected to the Senate while not yet old enough to serve (29 at election, 30 by swear in date)
Now the oldest person to be sworn in as an American President

He has inherited a mess
Covid-19 running rampant
And the return to openly vicious mistreatment running amok towards members of the citizenry who do not share his skin color designation

Nothing "beautiful" about the current state of America
Yep
"Lazarus" surely stinketh

But Joe Biden has hit the ground running
Like an Airborne paratrooper on a rescue mission

Will he heal the land as promised?
Or at least hold things together as the healing progresses?

Joe Biden is the former Vice President to the nation's first half-White President

He is also a former legislator vocally opposed to integration thru busing because he did not want schools to become jungles

In his campaign for President he united diverse groups of Americans and built a strong coalition of Americans who wanted Donald Trump gone
He won an election with historical voter turnout

Joe Biden also publicly said, We Take Care Of Our Own"
A phrase used in times past by those who believe that "White makes right, If you Black stay the Hell back"

Don't know Joe Biden
Never met Joe Biden

Saying nothing bad about Joe Biden cuz I have no personal experience to draw upon or reference

Merely pointing out disparate, disconnected moments that could mean everything
Or nothing

Joe Biden has got a mess on his hands
Hope he's up to the task

I am definitely hoping he does not emulate Woodrow Wilson
Who also rode into the White House on the strength of the Black vote

However, President Wilson chose to reverse and destroy many post-Reconstruction advances for American people, and even snubbed leaders like W.E.B.Dubois and Carter Woodson who had rallied their followers to support his election

Highly coincidentally, Woodrow Wilson was also President during the last worldwide pandemic

"Lazarus" has arisen

Gots to get him cleaned up before you can dress him and present him to the world again

President Joe Biden has his work cut out for him
I am pulling for him to reaffirm the faith of those who voted for him
And for the written ideals that this country was created upon "these truths are self-evident", "all men are created equal"
