BE STRONG BE BEAUTIFUL AND BE YOU (INNER STRENGTH)
 
This is my mantra I'm sending it from me to you, to give you more self belief in everything you do  
 
Look for your hearts fire that burns so deep inside, it's there waiting for you, I promise it hasn't died  
 
You are stronger than you think, you have more power than you know, now the time to fan the flames, just let your power show  
 
Stand up and face the world, this time you don't back down, you take no shit, you call the shots, leave your foes with a shell shocked frown  
 
Let them see the other side of you, that I've seen deep in your eyes, let them see your inner strength, no more falling for their lies  
 
Go with your deepest feelings, trust in what they say, you decide your destiny, don't follow the game they play  
 
So find your inner Tiger, or be a ferocious Grizzly Bear, make sure your decisions are heard, make sure they know your there  
 
So BE STRONG, BE BEAUTIFUL AND BE YOU is your new mantra from today, believe in you as I do, whilst at work, at rest and play
