let me explain something to you
it doesn't make you betting
putting other people down
I've seen this movie before
acting like you have life all figured out
making fun of others and their struggles
what you don't understand
is life is a tight rope
some may fall off
others decide to go their own path
it's not always about proving something
talking crap to me
like I failed somewhere along the way
truth be told
I have everything I could ever want
found peace
and decided I didn't need anything more
to me the greats
never had to say they were great
nor was it their jobs that made them so
it was the family mentality, and the love
taking care of what's close to their heart
I do wonder what would happen
if your overly sensitive ass fell on hard times
used to have a friend just like you
now he's facing 25 years in prison
he also thought he was so fucking smart
not smart enough for the law
I can't believe the shit coming out of your mouth
saying colored people are criminals
anyone can be a criminal
saying being homosexual is a sin
everyone can fucking sin
not that I agree
love is a blessing
beautiful regardless
I say why not understand
that people deserve to be happy
without interference
as long as it's not hurting anyone
or preying on the innocent
I don't see a problem
we don't need to agree on everything
you want to live life like you're so perfect
than reach for the sky
I won't hate on that
just understand
not everyone has the same goals
or live by the same beliefs
