It is good to blow off some steam from time to time. Especially if you can turn it into something creative like poetry, like you have. For me that is a sign of a person of character, good for you.
My view of internet trolls is they must lead sad, lonely, pointless lives that contribute nothing to the real world. They are not worth my time and energy, so I don’t give them any.
