Suppressing/Past Pains.
My Birth/A Blessing.
First Breath/Condensing.
Eye's Open/ Deception.
Thoughts Begin/Perception.
Exceptional Life/Depending.
Tested Endlessly/Made Enemy's.
Forever Fending Off/Blows Never Resting.
Family Dis-function/N Quarrel's Unsettling.
Digesting Poverty /Mom Bending,
To Her Knee's/Sending Cries,
For Help/Never Getting.
Never Forgetting/Tears Shedding.
"UNNECESSARY SEVERING!!!"
Happiness/Still Pending.
No Direction/I'm Heading.
Moments In Time/Suspending.
Torn Apart/Un-mending.
Emotionally/Remembering,
Her Pain/N The Cost Of It Ending.
Depression Turned/Aggression,
Anger/Rage/Suppression.
Misunderstood/Resenting.
Offending All/With No Mercy.
Violent Hostility/Directly Expressing.
Second Guessing/ Resurrecting,
Now Loving Myself/Less Than,
The Affection Of...
A One Night Stands/Erection
So What's Next Then?
Addictions/Turned Obsession.
My Story/Fucking Depressing.
Not To Mention/I Give Up,
Hands Up/Surrendering.
Criminally Charged/Sentencing.
Incarcerated/Baltimore County Department Of Corrections.
~A Blessing In Disguise/Of Divine Intervention~
Reflecting Upon/My Self Inflicted Fate.
Consequently A Living Product /Of My Own Mistakes.
Guilty Conviction/A Jury Deliberates.
On The Surface/Not Fazed,
Not A Prayer/Left To Pray.
One Memory/I've Erased,
That Day In Court/My Family's Face.
Overwhelmed/And Disgraced.
Misplaced Myself/N Replaced By The Chase,
In A Race/Toward A Place,
Not Far Enough/Away.
Hoping Each Time/I Got High,
God Would Finally/Let Me Stay.
Last Time Was Brief/I Only Heard Him Say:
"Please Sara...No.. Not This Way"
~A Moment To Breathe, Forever I Will Grieve~
It Wasn't My Day/He Asked Me To Leave.
Stop N Breathe/Before You Proceed.
Trust N Believe/Just A Moment N You'll See,
"You Came Here To Lead... Now Go On, And Be."
Time Was Served/N Burdens Relieved
Barb Wire Gates Open/Go Now, You're FREE'D!!
Released To The World/And All It Deceives,
Dis-belief N Disappointed/At The Life I Came To Lead.
Seized All Wrong Thought/Of What Was Lost/N Concealed,
For Now It Is Finally/My Time To Heal.
One Day At A Time/Give Love You Can Feel.
Remember Walk In Beauty/In Moments You Cant Be Still,
Pain Must Remain/And Always it Will.
Memories That Fill/ Every Tear From My Face,
~Never Looking Back~
The World's/Forever A Different Place.
Considered N Selected/My Next Destination.
Consequential Lessons/That Seemed
Rhetorically; To Raise/More Questions.
My Future/Second Guessing, And My
Surrounding's/Still Depressing.
Trial N Error/Suggesting,
A Failure/Caused By Loss N Rejection.
Accepting Illusions/No Longer An Acception.
Switching Lanes/Now Demands/A Different Direction.
Channel's Change/Clear Reception.
Motivation Re-creating/My Self Expression.
Hidden Blessings/God Sending.
Given Honor/N Commending.
Better Days/Start Progressing.
Living Truth/No Pretending.
Re-defining/Flawed Perception, Of
Conflicting Ego's/N Past Rejection.
Self Empowerment/Beneath The Surface,
Of My Own Reflection/Accepting The
Resurrection Of My Past/Misconception.
Re-directing My Path/Stepping back from
SECOND GUESSING. . .
