Just a reminder and I know you already know...
BUT
(and I realize it's only a purge)
However, you know my feelings and I choose to
reiterate that I am here, you're never alone and there are many who care and love you as well.
Reaching out to me or any other is ALWAYS an option, if need be. Ok, that's my 2cent reminder... and I do believe ridding yourself of thoughts like these is healthy, so yes, well done. I also err on the side of much love and worry too!!!
