Float on pt2

Take stock of the thoughts
 you carry around and get so
caught up in,
you let them keep you down
but see the choice resides in you
to float along with them or
drown beneath the limitless layers
of feeling and thinking..

Sinking so suddenly
to then become so utterly lost in the
initial uncertainty,
but through the hurt
you're given the chance to learn
and discern the difference between
wandering and drifting along to the souls song..

These fluctuations never fade and
 from them I can never flee
or pretend to be
undisturbed..
No evasion exists only you can
 pull yourself from the abyss
and away from this pure perturbment..

You deserve it, to ditch all the dreadfulness as its useless
and detrimental to your being..

Take stock of the thoughts
scan your mind
remove all that hate and fear
you find lingering so secretly
blinding and holding you down
leaves the soul sore and scolding
 in silence
still showing you this mysterious
sacredness streaming within and around
this "self"..
