a point of uncertainty

I've heard it said
that there's this part of your brain
that stays alive 100 years after the rest
dies
and that's heaven
but that's bullshit
because if heaven doesn't last
forever
that means every time I said
something felt like heaven
I was really saying
that it was going
to end

so if that's the case, fuck it
take one hundred years to read finish the rest of this poem
