Even a aged, 60 years old gentleman will be a child in the eye of his parents. We all can grow together with time.

Thoughts of meaningful communal rituals which usher us into adulthood.  
 
I know very.little.of it, but i like the way the Sikhs are traditioned by initiation to wearing the symbolic little dagger, the kirpan. That is what i thought of when i followed your link and got there.  
 
There seem to be very few like zero of rituals like this available to most within the culture i come from.  
 
(I only return to this because i realize i left half of the thought of the previous comment unsaid, and i did not wish to leave a wrong impression on a post like this.. Thank you.)

Thanks for the feedback. Through this post I was wishing everyone to lower their ego and stay grounded as low as they can. Only through the kindness and humbleness the peace can be attained. There is always someone who is better than the one, there is always someone who is stronger than the one, there is or will be someone who is powerful than the one, Silencing the ego is what this post message is all about.

It is the most important task. And it must be done. It is difficult to know how, and in what way to accomplish the task, sometimes. But it must always be forefront, and foremost. And of at sometimes it seems we must be the ones to show, then in that case, we must remember to make the lesson we are trying to impart as gentle as we can. As we give a lesson, we must be learning  ourselves as well. If we must roughhouse, and it is not a mutual game between both parties, we must try to be diligent about to not take pleasure or enjoyment from it. That is where the ego is. If we feel we must advance upon someone in what could be seen as an aggressive manner, we must try to do so considerately.  

We are not children cutting logs with dull hatchets.
 
That is all.

Compassion, wisdom and great observation to the social norms all reflected with deeper level of understanding. Bravo.

One final thought, and i apologize for hogging up your comments,  my ego compels me to talk, I think. I am not sure. I do not know.
 
I think it has been said before,  
 
Higher consciousness is what it is important for the individual to attain  
 
We will only ever reach higher abilities of thought and stages, or plateaus. A higher consciousness today than yesterday could be as simple as thing as understanding why something went wrong between one and another, and understanding ways to prevent that from occurring again tomorrow. Higher consciousness moves in small steps. In the beginning, does not mean you are good or bad or not-good or not-bad, it just means you have attained a portion of higher consciousness than you had the day before. Your work as a person, (whether it is good, or bad, or neutral) proceeds from your consciousness. The higher a portion of consciousness you have attained, the "better" the result upon other individuals who may be affected by that work will become.
