YOU LIED TO ME WITH A KISS
YES, YOU KNEW.
You knew I am
a dyed-in-the-wool
kissoholic, which causes
me to be very gullible;
I fell and quickly
trusted your words,
BUT,
when we kissed,
I knew you were
not being truthful
you were lying to me;
kisses to me are
like a polygraph,
detecting deceit.
I am still open
for the truth;
as the poet said,
THE TRUTH SETS US FREE.
PLEASE choose freedom.
