I hear the echoes of a man who is trying to grasp at the meaning of life, understand the dynamics of it, and sometimes is being bombarded from it. Sometimes, as ironic as it may sound we have to hit a mentally cord. A quiet place whereas,  we need to step back, reevaluate the scene and learn from it. Therefore, once you lace your boots back up, you will ready for life's battles and all the demoralizing pitfalls along the way, and I can contribute some underline stress factors to this self refuge as we are witnessing racial dysfunction, policy bruataliy, yes it is enough to make anyone feel a hum drum pensive mood. Keep your head up my poet the only place you can go from here, is UP

Fatigue truly sets in when those you fight for battle you more fiercely than the actual enemy
It's a real drain when a man begins to feel as if he's "tilting at windmills" instead of slaying actual dragons
Go in stealth
Catch your breath
And know that your efforts are righteous, even if not appreciated

I use poetry and literature to talk me off a ledge all the time.  Thank you for sharing--it does help; even just to see that the pain can be expelled to some degree in words.  Suicide is so hard to talk about.  I've thought about it plenty and ultimately came to the conclusion that I'm not eligible to take my own life.  Nobody would understand.  I've had struggles but not nearly as much as some.  I have love and meaning in life, and children and family I can't put through that pain.  It would end any mental pain or fatigue I feel but it would drop everyone that loves me into grief and pain so deep I could never do it.  'Joy and woe are woven fine/A clothing for the soul divine.' -William Blake  #betterdaysahead
