Walk in the light
Far too long I've strayed
Stumbled through the darkness
Longing for the light of day
Light my way so I may see
The pitfalls Satan has for me
Don't let me fall in love
With the darkness
Night clouds my vision
Of right and wrong
It hides the thief lurking
To take everything for his own
Show me the path and help me follow
Help me walk in the light

This poem is my favorite one of yours I was saved by God's grace and have attained a peace of mind I never thought was possible for me. I was born depressed but am now on the right path because of Divine intervention. I love your poem because it speaks of faith and hope. Great job!

When I speak of darkness I am referring to the things that put a darkness in your soul. Drugs, alcohol, depression, addiction are all things I have struggled with and still do at some times. The light is Jesus Christ and if it were not for his grace I would already be dead. So I try my best to stay away from the darkness and follow the light.
