Fiery Pyre

Razor sharp,
cold as ice.
Surgical steel,
ends my plight.

Ruby red droplets,
flowing free.
Demons cackling,
won’t let me be.

Heated water,
drowses my soul.
Pills and alcohol,
do their role.

Life just fades,
too heavy for me.
My fiery pyre,
floats out to sea
