From Her Breath
She was like a little bird
With a huge heart
Full of compassion
For every living thing
She lost her song
In her throat
Every song was there
But no one was listening
It was lost in breeze
Of the world
She needed the same love
An equal heart
A soul she knew
From the eons
That had laid before
His fingertips spoke
A language she longed for
Words on skin
Long forgotten
Yet had ached within
Her realm
Was breached in such a way
It was a sense of magic
Stars aligned
Within his touch
His affect
Gravitational
Pulling at the marrow
Of her being
That she could not resist
Her whole core
Vibrated
With the bliss
He illicited
From her breath
With a huge heart
Full of compassion
For every living thing
She lost her song
In her throat
Every song was there
But no one was listening
It was lost in breeze
Of the world
She needed the same love
An equal heart
A soul she knew
From the eons
That had laid before
His fingertips spoke
A language she longed for
Words on skin
Long forgotten
Yet had ached within
Her realm
Was breached in such a way
It was a sense of magic
Stars aligned
Within his touch
His affect
Gravitational
Pulling at the marrow
Of her being
That she could not resist
Her whole core
Vibrated
With the bliss
He illicited
From her breath
