Broken Emotions Never Fade

 
The affection that I hold for you is true.  
But I do not know how much longer  
I can survive without knowing  
if it is to you.  
 
I've told you everything about  
myself that I could possibly know.  
But still; you show nothing of me.  
Although it is different that you  
remember every word that I have  
ever spoken to you,  
You ignore the fact that my  
feelings have held true.  
 
It is not your fault-but only mine;  
For I am the one who is fearful of  
Loving and being loved  
Because why should we have someone to love  
If Death will claim them forever.
