!!~ How to read my song lyrics “correctly” lol

**FYI for people who read my lyrics**

I’ve noticed that many of my song lyrics don’t really make sense when you just read them out loud.    
     
But that is cause they’re supposed to go the tune of the song that I post a link to at the bottom.    
     
I think some of my lyrics can stand alone, but for many, in order to truly get the message, one would definitely have to listen to the song while reading along with the lyrics.    
     
It’s kinda like karaoke, except, you’re not singing :)    
     
I understand that a poet is supposed to make their own flow, but I never try to take credit for the flow of my song, that credit goes to the artist I post at the bottom.    
     
So to reiterate, all the words are mine, but the flow, and the music isn’t mine at all.    
     
As you can guess, I don’t consider myself completely a poet, (tho I have posted poems actually.)    
     
I post these lyrics never to take full credit, but because I want to a) spread my music recommendations and b) spread a message or convey my feelings    
     
Also, I may recommend you to read my lyrics this way, but of course, however you feel like reading them and interpreting them is all up to you.
