essence of gardening

time, space
vivid, the image,
oh, how your garden could be traced.
as water gripping, drips,
absorbed, to disappear
yet the growth soon to rear.
as rivets in a knight's armour
neatly rowed
as seeds to be sowed.
her garden does each to us honour.
presented as wonder of color
a rainbow, a spell to put us under.
at a glance to see her bent over
upon the soil she does hover
giving rise
if she may
bringeth birth to this new day.
