Genetic chemical imbalance
They say depression can be gentically passed down through generations,
With each person it comes with different temptations.
Out of all the generations with blue eyes I have green eyes instead,
Its not a bad thing but I'd rather have blue eyes then this chemical imbalance in my head.
When I sat down and really processed it all It is quite a sad reality,
To know that so many of my family members fought the same battle as me.

Yes depression is not my choice of legacy either. Talking about it helps us feel not so alone...thank you for keeping the conversation going❣❣

Sometimes I feel like In a way I give a voice to those who cant or don't want to talk about it.
