Poem #3
They raised a monster!
but they did not know.
He had a mind of his own
but there was a reason,
a reason behind his thoughts.
one by one he murdered not killed,
they weren’t spiders or bugs
they were humans and now they are gone.
but he couldn’t let them suffer any longer.
he couldn’t take the ridicule, the jokes
the laughing and the hatred.
He knew they were weak
and there life would be miserable
he couldn’t let them live like that.
He saw their imperfections as beauty
but he knew the world did not
and they would not survive.
No one looked at them as normal
they were trapped in a box
when he thought of them he became faint.
He ushered them to freedom
to them he was a modern day saint
but to us he was a killer, a man insane.
They raised a monster!
but they did not know.
but they did not know.
He had a mind of his own
but there was a reason,
a reason behind his thoughts.
one by one he murdered not killed,
they weren’t spiders or bugs
they were humans and now they are gone.
but he couldn’t let them suffer any longer.
he couldn’t take the ridicule, the jokes
the laughing and the hatred.
He knew they were weak
and there life would be miserable
he couldn’t let them live like that.
He saw their imperfections as beauty
but he knew the world did not
and they would not survive.
No one looked at them as normal
they were trapped in a box
when he thought of them he became faint.
He ushered them to freedom
to them he was a modern day saint
but to us he was a killer, a man insane.
They raised a monster!
but they did not know.
