I thought so too. Our meditation instructor had us imagine grabbing a ball of light from the Sun and then pouring it into our hearts, accompanied by some truly beautiful meditation music it was a needed spiritual experience.and an image that will stick with me. I worried that the piece might be viewed as overly optimistic and a denial of the horrific events surrounding the George Floyd murder but I decided to go ahead and suggest an antidote. Thank you Layla for your always encouraging comments
