Betrayal
It silently follows
Think again
About the sob story
Look back, laugh
At how you were taken in
Straight edge filter
So distorted
Bottled anger sees red
Just another stepping stone
Kick against the wall
Watch brittle splinters fly
Wallow in despair
Down in the dirt
Shut up it’s so absurd
Thinking there’s respect
The bitter end
Always chasing
Sick of it go away
Leave the pain

AP you have a beautiful heart, and the pain that's been dealt to you will return only unto the dealer. You deserve to experience love ( vs lust ). View this as another lesson in regards to the repetition of patterns by certain people, and that rarely do they break once deeply ingrained.
