Late Thoughts
I thought of you last night as I rocked myself to sleep
I felt you deep inside a space only you can reach
My core rippled like the tide. My moans kept discreet
thinking of the times we woke the neighbors from their sleep
The breeze felt like your whisper tickling my ear
Fireworks erupted as if it were the start of the year
I pawed my inner thigh stripped of clothes, lacking fear
Licked my lips then closed my eyes envisioning you here
caressing the lips that don’t kiss but instead grip
Watching my fingers as they disappear and slip
into my valley safely guarded by my hips
Eyes rolled back while my kitten purrs and drips
A sigh escaped my mouth. My cheeks warm and red
I look for my phone. My legs still spread
I reach to grab the sheets that slipped off of the bed
High off of the scenes you embedded into my head
