Origami
The scars you see
are the testimony
of the twists and turns of life
Creases run sharp and deep
but they define my stride
Folded, pleated, ruffled
I cried in agony
but meaningful was the pain
for all in its grace
it shaped my identity.
a piece of paper so plain
turned into something beautiful
something extraordinary...
I'm work of art
I am life's origami
Unfold me
and you will find
a pattern in all its complexities
the intricacies of struggle
trials and tribulations
All woven into me...
sculpted with divine dexterity
Yes, I'm work of art
I am life's origami

There are twist and turns throughout our lives. We play the pieces we are given. Keep on writing.

i love the art metaphor here
i've always seen the art or origami
as one of a universal source (You know we are all connected, right?)
creating the form and throughout our live, folds and creases us while we are traveling on our Tao.
So precious is if an individual is allowed to share in our journey and the universe permits this unfolding!!
So honorable and Beautiful
Wonderful spill, for me -- gave me a different perspective on this metaphor

Oh yes, I firmly believe that we all are connected... After all, we all have originated from the same source. We all (every living or non living thing in this universe) are energies (consciousness)... So I also believe that even a stone, too possesses consciousness to some extend.
There is, what we call, gradation of Consciousness. Hence, it's this interconnectedness and a common stream of Consciousness flowing through every occupant (visible or invisible, tangible or intangible) of this universe that makes magick possible.
Thank you so much, Tallen for taking your time to read and share your views. Always appreciate your sage words. :)

Your beliefs had me remembering
Japanese Shinto, AKA, kami-no-michi
For me, it's energies within all beings and objects
more than it is consciousness.

That was such a great analogy, InDreamz. I loved the way your described your journey, and the way you describe your creative spirit... We are all our own work of art molded by our experience :)
Keep up the great writing... I always enjoy your work!!

Another gorgeous ink stain! As a girl with more scars than I can count, I so identify. Each of them created beauty though; we're made up of every painful & imperfect moment to touch our flesh or soul. Thank you for sharing this part of your life with us!!!💫🌼💞

Scars are our beauty spots.... Ironically, it's pain that makes us beautiful people....
Thank you so much for your constant support... I'm so flattered to see this piece making to your RL... Very much appreciate your kindness, beautiful soul.
