Transforming Hate

Optimus Prime of rhyme trying to transform mind states
Edifying minds to climb out of their states of hate
May be too late to crate the hate of elder adults
Who've made the mistake of locking theirs in impenetrable vaults

It's their faults that these talks have to continue
For they consult with the youth at various venues
As they continue to teach it to their impressionable kids
Like taking glocks that pop hate filled led into their heads

Bred and fed balderdash from previous eras
Instead of being fed knowledge about their errors
To make it clearer that terror of neighbors isn't the way
If they had, their lads wouldn't act the way they do today

I convey through poetry in attempts to sway temperaments
Using wordplay as a display of my living testament
As I vent about events that have stood the test of time
I'm emotionally & psychologically spent as I compose these lines
