Stow away in a cage
Ready for the big sleep

Been there. I hope you escape that idea. You are not what you think. You are better to us than you know. The world actually less harsh, but you amygdala is over sensitive. Only exposure to true loving tolerance can heal you. With time. Isolation must be especially harmful to you.
