To anyone who feels as beaten down as I do;

You are so FUCKING STRONG.
People don’t tell you that enough. They could tell you every second of the day and it still wouldn’t BEGIN to express how strong you are.
To power through teach day, with so little energy? That’s amazing.
To get up the next morning, when you just want to fade away? That is NOT EASY.

Just because everyone makes it through the day doesn’t mean you take it for granted. Don’t forget that.

You are a fighter. Tell yourself that at least once a day, because it’s true. You are fighting your brain every second of the day. You are fighting the darkness that takes cheap shots and attacks when you aren’t looking. You are battling your self hate, and I know you know the weight of that bitch is heavier than anyone tells you.

You are strong even when you feel weak. I know you feel weak a lot. I know every second you battle each thought that tells you should should die. But you shouldn’t. You know why?

Because you have made it this far, and goddammit, you can’t quit now.

You have made up until now. You can make it to tomorrow.

Don’t sink into the dark, don’t succumb to your sorrow.
You deserve to be loved. You deserve to be happy.

You will not lose to the dark.
