a poetess of the dawn awakens
stirring the beauty of the day within me
beautiful blues and soft pinks  
cotton candies skies inside her poet's keep
spreads happiness in me
 
joy her forte she shares the love
enamored with her view, a sigh escapes me
an artist of wonderment...delights us
 
she decorates the day...  
kaleidoscope hues of contentment
the pictures shift as the days spin
but her outlook remains constant
 
soulful in her reflections
she collects her thoughts carefully
