Invictus

bewitched my soul keens...

the star's orgasmic revolt trigger a dark lust
am I yet damned?
a witch perhaps...suffer ye not

straightjacketed thoughts scream in rebellion
they will not be silenced
on the winds tonight they stir
lingering in the seeded graveyard hush
whirling in turmoil steadfast guard

tempt not the fated hand
holding true to the way
Invictus implore the whore
the night holds the right

keeper of nightmares dare tread lightly
a mere lass think twice
jester of malice
bringer of wanton bloodlet
recoiling in sin

sorrow watches over my still form
as I shrink and fade down the blackened corridor--
from whence I sprang
