CHRIST IS GOD
CHRIST IS GOD
The angel who could roll the big grave stone,
and Your return to life after Your death
have left no doubt that You were the great Lord,
the mighty God of ours and all the world.
All your grand life and deeds showed beyond doubt
You were the Lord Who could be scared by none.
You would do only what You thought was right,
not caring how the whole world would react.
Where is that man who won't defend himself
and destroy those who'll kill him if he can?
Instead You said, "My Father forgive them.
They do not know exactly Who l am."
Where is the lord who cannot see a man,
deprived of hope and lonely, shedding tears?
You came to us to spread Your profound love,
which You lived there with Your Father above.
You gave us what no strength can ever give
except the mighty God, Who rules us all,
and loves us in a way that men ignore,
so You descended to make us love more.

Re: Re. CHRIST IS GOD
Too bad Jesus never said it, And even if he did, it would NOT prove that he is God, unless he's doing something absurd, i.e., speaking to himself. But then why would he need to do so?

Re. CHRIST IS GOD
Curiously, no NT author thinks, let alone says, that Jesus' resurrection (which was something that was **done** to him, not something he did to himself), let alone the action of an angel in rolling away a stone, showed him to be God.
And where in the NT can I find Jesus depicted as saying " "My Father forgive them. They do not know exactly Who l am."?
Moreover, even if it's there (which it is not), doesn't this show that Jesus (or any NT writer, for that matter) did not think that he was God. He'd have to be talking to himself when he says what you say he said. And no NT writer, let alone Luke, or any later interpreter of the Gospel accounts of Jesus' crucifixion, thinks he is doing this.
Consequently, you are forcing readers who know what the NT says and doesn't say right out of your text and making them conclude (quite correctly) that you have no idea what you are talking about.
P.S. I wonder if you are aware that you never answer your question "Where is the lord who cannot see a man, [sic why the comma?] deprived of hope and lonely, shedding tears?" and that in asking it, you seem to be seeking a lord who is blind percieving lonely men". Ah yes! the need to get a rhyme at the expense of making sense.
Do you think that what you wrote here is something that anyone would wish that he/she had written or that displays the craft that others would be jealuts of?

Re. CHRIST IS GOD
I am the angel who was sent by Yahweh down
unto to the earth,
down to the outskirts of Jerusalem,
just as dawn broke on Easter day
to roll away the tethered stone, set blocked against
the egress and the entryway of Jesu’s tomb
Forgive me please, HaShem,
if I make bold to say that I’ll be devil damned,
if what I did so early on that morn
showed Jesus to be you, the God of all,
instead of a just man that you redeemed
from death,
confirming that he was indeed, but only this,
your sole anointed one, your regent,
and a king from David's seed,
whom Israel should heed.
May heaven’s might forbid
that anyone should state such red face making claims
about the aim
of my most heavenly commissioning!
They have has no basis in the scriptural report
that only Matthew makes within his Gospel text
of what went on when I released and blew the bonds
that held that closing stone in place
to kingdom come.
And anyone who says they do is more than blind
to what good Matthew said.
He’s also dumb.

Thanks for saying this, But unfortunately, I not only don't know what you mean by "carefully", let alone "**more** carefully" (than what?). I do not see any evidence that you've changed your way of writing or that, when you appeal to scripture, you take **any** care to quote it correctly or insure that what you claim is the import of a given text is what the writer of that text was conveying.

I am surprised that you don't understand the full meaning when l write to you something very simple. eg. I said to you: You make me write more carefully, and you asked, more carefully than what? It's very obvious MORE CAREFULLY THAN BEFORE. How don't you understand that?
Re: Re. CHRIST IS GOD
I wanted specifics of this new "carefulness" in the way you are now writing as opposed to the way you have been writing.
Please show me how your latest posts are written with more care than those you've posted in the past. Is it with respect to meter, to grammar, to inversions, to punctuation, to ensuring that when you refer to a biblical passage, you do not misrepresent it or misinterpret what its import is, to using words correctly, to avoiding repetition of words in your pieces, to using comparatives and adverbs of extent correctly, to avoiding the elimination of needed words to ensure correct syllabic measurement, in filling your pieces with concrete appeals to the senses, to stop "telling" over against engaging in "showing"?
